An investment property inspection is limited to a visual inspection of the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Structural systems located in the basement or utility room. The intent of this inspection is to assess and identify the “big ticket items” that would require additional capital to meet the properties intended use and assist in the development of your asset preservation plan.
